The prospects for multiplier effects are substantial – particularly as the training of a small number of educators of environmental professionals will transfer knowledge and skills to an order of magnitude large community of professionals. Better laboratory facilities will attract international research collaborations with RUPP and NUOL and replication in other ASEAN countries is an action target.
