Implementing main project activities

The project will be managed by a Project Management Committee (PMC) consisting of appropriate personnel with relevant authority to ensure effective action in promoting the aims and objectives of the project. The PMC will establish a framework to agreeing decision-making protocols and nominate/select appropriate personnel for the implementation of all the major activities within the project. These activities will include: project review meetings; review, documentation & dissemination of key issues relevant to the project; MSc/PhD level training of RUPP and NUOL personnel; selection & installation of environmental laboratory equipment at RUPP and NUOL; workshops at RUPP, NUOL, University of Manchester and UJF-Grenoble; collation, development, documentation & dissemination of curricula and curricula materials, including e-based materials, relevant to Cambodian and Lao environmental professional training needs. Action staff from partners and Associates will all be involved in widening participation in action workshop activities to environmental professionals beyond the range of the immediate partners.
